Outdoor kitchen company KönigOutdoor – part of surfaces company Königstone – is now a member of the Made in Britain.
The non-profit organisation offers support to its members through sales, marketing, exports, PR, and sustainability, all in the name of supporting the British manufacturing industry. Made in Britain works collaboratively with UK trade bodies, relevant UK government departments, and media channels to support skilled work, responsible business practices and sustainable growth for its members.
The team at KönigOutdoor believes that having the Made in Britain logo clearly displayed on its product range gives customers reassurance of the company’s commitment to high-quality manufacturing.
The company’s marketing manager, Joanne Bull, hopes that the new membership status will help give consumers peace of mind about the brand’s products. She said: “KönigOutdoor customers benefit from supporting British manufacturing as we have complete control over the quality standards of our outdoor kitchen cabinetry, and service levels.
“Our team is always on hand – be it at the start of the project, collaborating on bespoke designs, through to installation and aftercare. A homeowner can visit our factory and even meet the person who is hand-making their dream outdoor kitchen. When it comes to being eco-friendly, customers can rest assured that our supply chain has minimal transport costs.”
Last year, KönigOutdoor opened a new showroom at the Sky House Design Centre in Amersham.
